These beautiful rosy coral sandstone vases have been hand carved and polished to reveal many subtle layers, created by centuries of exposure to the extreme elements of the Arizona desert.  The pale white rings that pass through each stone are never alike, their pattern and intensity vary a great deal.  The graceful blending of shades in each piece exemplifies the fusion of arid landscape and subtle color that is the desert sunset.
